Shannon joins Margaret Belmonte and Associates with 10 years of Real Estate Sales experience. Previous to getting her Real Estate License, she earned a Business Marketing Degree and was Sales Manager for an International Marketing and Sales Company for many years. Shannon , a lifelong resident of the North Shore, has developed extensive contacts and strong relationships throughout the local community through her large family, friends, community volunteering efforts, coaching, participation in multiple competitive sports in addition to her many years of high client contact through her Real Estate transactions. She initially specialized in buyer representation and has since extended her expertise through to the listing side of transactions as well.
Shannon practices Real Estate full time and is committed to maintaining a high level of customer service, communication and education throughout all aspects of her profession. She holds her Mass. real estate license and currently supports Margaret Belmonte and Associates in an administrative position. Karen is detailed oriented and brings a superior level of customer care to every transaction. In addition to Karen's work ethic, she has a passion and commitment to serving the community. Karen has served on many school organizations and on a national level, Karen is the East Coast Representative for the American Hearing Impaired Hockey Association.
